Free Ride Day!

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 2, because Free Ride Day is back!

Did you know that idling your vehicle for just 10 minutes releases 1 pound of carbon dioxide into the air? In celebration of California Clean Air Day, all MTS Trolleys and buses, along with the NCTD COASTER, SPRINTER, and BREEZE, will be free to ride all day on Wednesday, October 2nd! This is the perfect chance to leave your car at home and try these convenient public transportation options while supporting a greener future.

Free Ride Day also coincides with the Padres Wild Card Series games, so fans can enjoy free rides to and from Petco Park. Check out the MTS website for a full list of free Park & Ride lots along the Trolley system.
