City Hall Service Counters Hours of Operations Update
The City would like to inform the community of some important updates regarding the operating hours of our City Hall service counters. Effective April 1st, the Cashier Counter, situated on the second floor, has adjusted its hours of operation to better serve you.
The new operating hours for the Cashier Counter are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Alternate Fridays: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
These revised hours aim to streamline our finance operations, ensuring that transactions are processed efficiently, and payments are reconciled and deposited before the closure of City Hall. Your cooperation and understanding during this adjustment are greatly appreciated.
Additionally, we'd like to take this opportunity to provide a brief refresher on the operating hours of our other service counters located on the first floor:
- Building Permit Counter:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Alternate Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Please note: Closed daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
- Closed every Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM for staff meetings.
- Engineering Counter:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Alternate Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Closed every Monday from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM for dedicated work time.
- Planning Counter:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Alternate Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Closed every Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM for staff meetings.
- Closed every Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM for staff meetings.
