2025-2026 Paving Project Update

 The City’s Annual Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project has successfully resurfaced all planned roadways for the 2025–2026 paving cycle.

One remaining item is the upgrade of traffic signal cabinets and controllers along Lomas Santa Fe Drive, west of Interstate 5. This work is scheduled for April 2026. Temporary traffic detour signage will be installed near the work area to keep the community informed during construction.

The City recognizes that signal timing along Lomas Santa Fe Drive has not been operating as smoothly as expected. The Public Works team is actively monitoring traffic conditions and will continue making adjustments to improve traffic flow and reduce delays.
