Fletcher Cove Improvements are almost complete!

Construction improvements at Fletcher Cove are nearing completion. The replacement of the beach access ramp is now complete, including the new concrete ramp, the asphalt concrete walkway immediately south of the ramp, the concrete curb, metal handrailing, and access gate. Improvements to both the existing shower area and the new shower area at the bottom of the ramp have also been completed.

One final project item remains. The dissipater storm drain grate at the bottom of the ramp is scheduled to be installed by the end of January 2026.

Beach access will remain open throughout construction, allowing the community to continue enjoying Fletcher Cove while these final upgrades are completed.

These improvements were funded in part by Measure S. The City thanks the community for supporting this local sales tax measure, which allows continued investment in important infrastructure improvements throughout Solana Beach.
