City Hall Holiday Closure 2025-26
City Hall will be closed starting Friday, December 19, 2025 and will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026.
The last intake for building permit applications and rechecks will be accepted up until end of day Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to allow time for processing.
Any rechecks and applications received afterwards will be processed in the order received when City Hall reopens.
Building Inspection requests will be honored during the holiday closure except for on December 24-25, 2025 and January 1, 2026.
Construction may not commence on Sundays, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Please visit Construction Hours and Noise Levels for more information and exceptions.
All other essential City services and emergency response will be available during this time.
