City Hall Gallery Opening Reception: “Abstract Extravaganza”

The Solana Beach City Hall Gallery presents its newest exhibit, “Abstract Extravaganza,” on view now through the end of October.
This bold solo exhibit by local artist Gregg Sindici showcases a diverse collection of abstract paintings and sculptures that explore the boundaries of color, texture, and composition. The paintings range from earthy, natural compositions to vibrant abstracts, as well as grittier works reminiscent of graffiti art. The sculptures pair steel with beach stones, reflecting a minimalist, zen-inspired design. If you appreciate abstract art, you’re sure to find something that catches your eye.
Gregg Sindici is a largely self taught painter and metal sculptor whose paintings are inspired by the early abstract expressionist painters and whose sculptures are influenced by both American and Spanish metal sculptors.
The Solana Beach Public Arts Commission invites the community to the opening reception on Thursday, September 11th, from 5:30-7:00 PM to meet the artist and view this incredible exhibit. Light refreshments will be served.
