Annual Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project

2025 and 2026 Paving Project:

The Annual Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project is scheduled to occur in several locations throughout the City. Lomas Santa Fe Drive, from Highway 101 to Solana Hills Drive, will be the most impacted area due to a complete resurfacing of the entire street. Appropriate traffic detour signs and an electronic message board will be placed near the work zone to inform the community about the construction activities. The paving on Lomas Santa Fe will be performed at night to minimize disruption to the community. City-wide construction activities are expected to take 16 weeks.
