Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) is the default power provider in Solana Beach. Here, residents are automatically opted into the Clean Impact Plus default power supply. This means that at least 50% of your energy is coming from renewable sources!

The CEA offers a variety of programs and incentives to help residents reduce their energy bill while lowering their impact on the environment. The following programs are currently available for Solana Beach residents to sign up for:

Peaksmart Savers
This program offers discounted rates to eligible residential customers who will voluntarily reduce or shift when they use electricity. The goal of Peaksmart Savers is to reduce demand on the electric grid during “peak” hours, typically from 4-9pm.
