Apply for CEA's Community Advisory Committee!

Clean Energy Alliance (CEA) is accepting applications from residents to join the CEA Community Advisory Committee (CAC). The CAC has seven open positions, one spot per member city, with applications open through December 22. 

The CAC is made up of two dedicated representatives from each member city who provide feedback on CEA programs, connect the Board of Directors with the community, and foster public engagement. CAC members also offer guidance on clean energy programs, policies, and outreach strategies, as well as input on local sustainability initiatives and rate-setting recommendations. CAC member input will inform decisions that impact CEA’s member cities.

Members will serve two-year terms, and term limits have been removed to preserve valuable expertise. The CAC Chair, selected annually from within the committee, will provide regular updates to the CEA Board to ensure strong communication between the community and decision-makers.

The CEA Board will review applications and make appointments at the January 29, 2026 Board of Directors meeting.
