2025 and 2026 Paving Project Begins Construction

The Annual Citywide Pavement Rehabilitation Project has started, asphalt pavement repairs and resurfacing has been scheduled to begin on October 6th and is expected to be completed by end of January 2026. The project is scheduled to occur in several locations throughout the City. Please use caution while traveling through the construction zones and keep an eye out for any construction traffic and detour signs put in place.
Lomas Santa Fe Drive, from Highway 101 to Solana Hills Drive, will have the asphalt pavement for the entire street be completely resurfaced at night from October 20 to October 23 to minimize disruption to the community. Construction will require traffic detours down to one traffic lane. Appropriate traffic detour signs and an electronic message board will be placed near the work zone to inform the community about the construction activities.
