THE"CHECK PLAN STATUS" FEATURE IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION 

 

Building plans submitted to the City of Solana Beach must be routed through Planning, Building, Engineering, Environmental and the Codes/Fire Departments. 

 

In nearly all cases, building plans go through a "restamp" process following any changes required by the Building Department (to remain in compliance with California's Uniform Building Code).  All departments must once again review these changes. The Restamp process is generally much quicker than the initial review.
